Refit of kitchen

Work done to very high standard. Took a lot of time ensuring all cabinets were totally level, etc. Arranged electrical and gas changes and had included this in overall estimate. Also did plaster skimming of a whole wall section, doing this extremely well, this, already included in estimate. Overcame any 'issues' which always seem to crop up once old units are removed and extent of moifications apparent. One such issue was the integrated washing machine and dishwasher we had chosen and whose depth and rear profile did not allow current pipework to be used (some do). Had to totally change all of our kitchen water pipework to accomodate. This was not anticipated but was not charged additionally. Jim even made sure we had any unused B&Q items carefully put to one side for return by us to them. This allowed us to claw back from B&Q £140 !!

Re-fix radiator to lounge wall

Reasonably priced. Came the same day and were punctual. Would use again. Persevered with this fiddly job as the house is 100 years old, and the wall is showing its age! Thank you.

Renovation and conversion of Outbuilding into a Utility Room

There really should be photos to fully show the excellent transformation of my dilapidated outbuilding into a modern utility room with toilet. This is the third project that J&M Building Services has completed for me and throughout the professionalism and quality of workmanship have both been to a high standard. I would recommend J&M Building Services to anyone considering using their services.

Kitchen Replacement and Refurbishment

I am extremely pleased with the work that was done on my Kitchen. Jim exceeded my expectations with a job that was very trying. I had purchased my kitchen from the internet (which I do not recommend) which was incomplete and difficult to fit because of the poor quality. However, given the difficult materials to work with Jim persevered and I now have a complete kitchen which has been fitted to a very high quality. Because of my mistake in ordering poor quality materials there were additional costs that I had to bear due to the additional labour and materials, Jim was very understanding and fair with his prices for this additional work. I would very much recommend J and M Building Services Ltd. To anyone thinking of having any building work done on their house.

Bathroom and Toilet replacement

The Bathroom and Toilet were completed to my satisfaction - the quality of workmanship and materials were both to a high standard. Additional work that was required was brought to my attention in an open and honest way and additional costs were very fair. All round I am glad I employed J and M Building Services to install my new Bathroom and Toilet and would most certainly recommend them to any one looking for a builder.
