“I used Rick and John for a period of time, the first few visits they did an excellent job. Last visit I was not present, and when my wife came home she was surprised to see a receipt as the garden didn't look like it had been touched. While they had done some work, they'd done areas I'd not asked for, and not part of what I had asked for. When I queried the work I was told that they 'worked on trust' and if I queried their work then they'd stop coming. As such, I feel if that as I am unable to discuss the work I don't trust them. Also only one knew about plants!”

We tried to contact the customer regarding his feedback, but have had no response.
We have been working for the customer since April this year. On our last visit, same day and time as usual, he was not at home, when I phoned him, I was instructed he would like the conifer hedge cut, and a general tidy. The customer queried the work over the following weekend via text, stating he could not see what we had done, we listed out what we had achieved, to which the customer replied "ok thanks" and paid using online banking. The customer text to ask when our next visit would be, and requested we come the following week as he would not be there. We explained that we were very busy, and had slotted him in on a regular 4 weekly visit, as he had requested. This was only our 5th visit, and we never truly felt comfortable, with an obvious clash of personalities. Due to this, we chose to cancel our future visits, on what we thought where amicable terms. We pride ourselves on our work and customer relations, and feel this report is unjustified, coming after we chose to stop working for the customer.
