- James provided the lowest estimate of the three requested, and was the quickest to respond. - He arrived on time to start the job, finished on time, and was very polite and professional - The finished installation was neat and tidy, and James cleaned up after he had completed the job - When we had a minor issue some weeks after the installation James turned up the same day and resolved it I would be happy to recommend James' company to anyone looking for a professional alarm systems installer

Very happy with my alarm system, would most definitely recommend to carry out any job no matter how small or large. James and Jason fitted a wired alarm system (house was not pre-wired), including telephone dialler, sensors, keypad and bell-box. James arrived when he said he would (both for quote and installation), provided a competitive price and fantastic service. Everything was explained prior to work commencing, work was quick and efficient, and he even carried out some additional work at no extra charge. After the job they tidied everything and left the house as it was before the work. The work itself was first rate, you wouldn't have know the house was wired prior to installation. Would happily recommend.

J B Security were very helpful from the outset. They disconnected the old alarm as we requested when they came to give us a price. Another company we contacted would not do this. Several existing sensors had been wallpapered around. Jason came up with the solution of a slightly larger sensor. It worked perfectly. Overall a very professional service which I would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with JB Security, I requested a quote at around 6:30 one evening, expecting a call / email the following day, James got back to me within a couple of hours and we agreed a time for him to come and quote. James turned up exactly when he said he would, He had a good look around and explained everything and the reasons behind why which type of sensors were needed in which rooms. He sent through a quote that evening as promised, we then agreed a date for the fitting, James again turned up when he said he would and carried out the work along with his colleague Jason, they did a great job of installing and hiding the wires where possible, in 1 area where they couldn't they ran it right next to the woodwork so it really wasn't detectable. Nothing was to much trouble. I have already recomended JB Security to several people and would no hesitiation in coninuting to recomend, these guys are head and shoulders above the nationals.
