Old boiler removal, new combi boiler installed, bathroom upgraded.
Joel was a pleasure to have around, very thorough and conscientious throughout. His main priority was always to do the job right and we had regular discussions throughout the install process on the best way to move forward. Complete installation of a worcester bosch system with rads.
Joel was thorough and professional from arriving to do the estimate through to the completion of the installation and certification of the system. The level of workmanship was excellent. His attention to detail and willingness to return to remove the old water tank in the loft once it had dried out at no extra cost is just what you look for when committing to a significant financial outlay such as this.

New boiler installed.
Very impressed from start to finish. When he came round to give me a quote Joel was far more thorough than anyone else who came round so I felt confident all possible scenarios were covered and that there would be no "surprises". Quality of work was high and he even tided up cables left loose by another tradesmen! Would not hesitate to recommend him and I will certainly be using him in the future.

Adjustment to hot and cold flow rates to shower mixer valve
I found Joel by searching on Check-a-Trade. When I telephoned him I immediately felt reassured that he knew what he was talking about. I had previously had my regular plumber look at the problem but he said nothing could be done. Joel came up with a number of possible solutions even before visiting my flat so I felt confident he would solve the problem - and he did. I will be using Joel for all my plumbing needs in the future. I can't be happier as he solved a problem I thought I might have to just live with, quickly and at very reasonable cost.

Boiler was not working - no central heating or hot water
Came within an hour on a Saturday evening to fix the boiler. Really happy with the prompt, friendly and knowledgeable approach. The problem was identified as debris within the low water pressure sensor, and the boiler was fixed within an hour. Would recommend him.

Lukewarm and low pressure shower
Mr Carr arrived on time for the appointment
which was confirmed a couple of min later after talking to him last week. The
problem we had with the shower has never been solved by different plumbers for
the last few years but he has solved it checking the basics. We have now hot
shower every morning and my wife is very happy. I highly recommend this young
plumber with excellent skills and attitudes to his work.
