Jason really does do the "Complete Bathroom" (as the name implies). Bathroom1 was an awkward shape and dark and cramped. We had no idea what to do with it. Jason came up with a brilliant re-design that gave us a large and light room. Can't believe it only occupies the same space. Bathroom 2, sanitaryware and fittings stayed in situ, but were replaced and improved, and again, somehow a very small bathroom is larger and lighter. Electricians, plastering, tiling and ingenious plumbing solutions all done or organised by Jason. He consulted with us as it went along, where any adaptions might have to be made and referred us to suppliers who were knowledgeable and helpful. Can't fault his focus, enthusiasm, time-keeping, courtesy and personal pride in getting it right for us and also clearing and tidying to give us a liveable house every evening. Whole thing finished on time, on quote and to a high standard of workmanship. Delighted!

Usually fit my own bathrooms, but an accident made me look for a professional plumber/fitter to fit a bathroom for my 90 year old father. He was absolutely superb on every count. Also very thoughtful and practical about provision for an elderly person. Fitted to the highest standards of building practices.

Their workmanship is of the highest quality, Jason keeps you fully informed of the plan and arrives when he states he will. Importantly, he ensured we had a toilet each night and a bath after the 2nd day. After each day the house was clean and tidy. Jason and Chris exceeded expectation and created three beautiful new rooms for our family. From our first contact when we asked him to come over to give quotes down to the last tile to be put in place, Jason has been professional, friendly, efficient and perfect for the job. The cloakroom, family bathroom and master shower room had to each be gutted and recreated, and the team did each on time and in budget. The attention to detail was amazing, and crucially, he offered his expert opinion and advice when needed, finding unique solutions that we never would have thought of ourselves. We had a very challenging room, nothing was straightforward: the walls were slightly bowed, ceilings were sloping and not level, the room was effectively in two parts with water damage to the original shower area. However they managed to overcome these problems swiftly and effectively and, thanks to all their hard work and skill, we now have an absolutely stunning bathroom which we love! We would recommend them to anyone and have already asked Jason for further quotes.

We came upon Jason Croal and his wife Jackie during a visit to a garden centre when the wording on the side of his van suggested that he might be the person to install a new bathroom for us. Having taken contact details Jason was invited to come and quote for a complete renewal of our bathroom. This was soon done and his quotation accepted. Jason was able to advise and organise everything we needed. Work started promptly and was completed on time and within budget. Always leaving our home clean and tidy after a hard day's work, he and his helping hand Chris were a pleasure to deal with and we were able to leave the house entirely in their hands on several occasions. Thank you Jason and Chris, we are enjoying the new bathroom and it has been much admired by our visitors.

Jason was recommended by a friend and came up to all expectations. He and his assistant began the work on the agreed date and completed the work within the time frame given. His work was exemplary - we have an extremely complicated plumbing system which he got to grips with straightaway. He also used his initiative and creative flair in tiling the bathroom. We are very pleased with the work Jason and Chris have done. They remained cheerful and positive even on the day everything went wrong due to suppliers letting us down. Not totally Jasons's fault, as the builder was very late putting in a new window and door, but we would have liked more time to discuss the plans with Jason prior to work starting. I would recommend Jason without hesitation.

Very, very pleased with the new room - it is both unobtrusive and spacious. A difficult job because of the roof angle but Jason solved this by creating a new internal wall to place the shower unit against, making the most of the available height. Pleased particularly with the tiling surrounding the wash hand basin, which was Jason's idea.

The work was carried out professionally over three months to fit in with our requirements and the holidays. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss, on schedule and all equipment tested prior to the hand over. Minor defects were dealt with promptly and without extra cost. Highly recommended.

We were recommended to try Jason through the Plumb Centre and I have to say how pleased we are. Jason and Chris were great, they did exactly what they said they would do, arrived bang on the dot everyday and went out of their way to keep the house as clean as possible and get the job done. We had a full bathroom re-fit that took Mon-Mon, worked Saturday and came Monday to complete it. We were supposed to have no washing facilities, but as soon as they were able they made sure we could use the bath at night and fixed it temporarily each day for us. Really pleased with the results too, happy to give them a set of keys as we are at work. Jason would call just to check though anything with me in the day and then update on the phone in the evenings. Felt I could trust their judgement with decisions and the whole project turned out very well. If in any doubt, please don't, would highly recommend them. Welcome to come and have a look to inspect too!

Jason re-fitted my shower room to a very high standard. His client-friendly approach is refreshing, as is his creative approach to the job. He and assistant Chris were a pleasure to have around, and I felt totally comfortable leaving them with a key to enable them to get on with the job while I was at work. What more can I add to convince anyone thinking of having Jason and Chris to work for them that hasn’t been said before? We wondered whether their tiling was going to be a problem having read a past report. We need not have worried, it was beautifully done. I had set ideas on what I wanted and can be very critical. They fulfilled all my wishes and more. If you are unable to be around give these hard working guys a list of what you want done and you will not be disappointed. Hopefully they will have time to do the downstairs loo at the end of September! Do employ them.

Good overall workmanshp marred by poor tiling technique. Offered to remedy tiling work but no tiles left and every chance if there were that shower would be damaged in the process. I would recommend this company.

This work included replacing all appliances, re-tiling, and replacing radiators. Prior to work starting, Jason did recommend we visited work already completed in the area, with other customers. It was this, coupled with his no-nonsense approach to costings etc, which encouraged us to run with him. The work was excellent, quickly but efficiently completed, with minimal mess. He was able to interpret our needs, and offer advice when we saw any snags. We will(nay, already have!) recommend Jason and Chris.

Jason completely replaced the old bathroom suite, wall tiles and flooring. Replaced with a full new bathroom suite, plus completely re tiled the whole room and installed under floor heating and 2 new radiators. Jason was prompt and very hardworking and paid particular attention to providing the highest quality installation possible. Jason was also very supportive and co operative when 2 items to be installed were found to be damaged goods as supplied by our Bathroom company and had to be replaced. I would have no reservation in fully recommending Jason.

Throughout Jason discussed all plans and made some suggestions to ensure I got what I wanted. He always kept me informed re progress. The work was carried out to a high standard. Jason always arrived at the times he said he would and worked solidly throughout the day. After the work was completed, a few problems developed e.g door to en-suite had expanded due to CH and was difficult to open and close. Jason came back promptly and rectified the problems. He was friendly, obliging and made sure I was inconvenienced very little. I highly recommend him.

We had the floor tiled by another company, who did an appalling job (tiles were unevenly spaced and wonky). Jason pulled up the floor and re-tiled it, noting that the other company had tiled the floor as you would do a patio! We are very pleased with the result and would definitely use him again.

Jason provided an excellent plumbing service, letting me know straight away what the job would cost and when he would be able to do the work. Both of these proved accurate and the work was completed quickly. He was keen to fix the shower and didn't want to be defeated by tricky problems, going out of his way to get it done.

Excellent ! Reliable and extremely hard working. Very flexible - did not flinch when we changed our minds which required removing tiles just fitted and re-tiling with different tiles. Provided good unbiased advice particularly about shower types and cold water tank size. Was able to do all the work required on own rather than having to call in different tradesmen.
