He is always helpful, patient, gives good advice and is extremely reliable. His charges are reasonable given the service provided and less than other quotes I have had in the past- offering advice as to how money could be saved but quality not compromised. Jason arrived when he said he would, started work immediately and didn't stop until the job was finished, no breaks were taken. When Jason opened the box with the boiler in, it was damaged, after making a number of phone calls he managed to get me an upgraded boiler at no additional cost. So far everything is working fine. I would certainly be using him again.
