Founded in 1965, we are a family owned roofing company, specialising in domestic roofing works including renewal and repairs such as slating, tiling, asphalt, felt, single ply fleece backed EPDM system, UPvC guttering, fascias, insulation, chimney repairs, moss cleaning and other roof level maintenance.
In addition to the above we carry out small building works and can advise with regard to the installation of Solar Photovoltaic systems.
As members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors we are accredited Competent Roofers, self certifying our works alleviating the need for our clients to undertake the task of notifying the Local Authority Building Control when renewing roof coverings, saving both time and money.
The Local Authority will be forwarded the necessary documentation on behalf of the client and Building Regulation Completion Certificates are forwarded to the client on completion of the project with a 10 year insurance backed guarantee.
In addition to the above we are Trustmark approved a Government endorsed standards agency and all repair works are guaranteed for a minimum 12 month period.
Please note it is now also compulsory to upgrade the insulating qualities when renewing more than 50% of the roof to conform to current building regulations.
