Emergency to rectify problem with water feed in bathroom.
By chance I bumped into Jonathan near my tenanted flat where there was a problem with water system in bathroom. He met me later the same day, identified the problem and was able to rectify the next day. He was very helpful and I would certainly have no hesitation in using him again. Thanks Jonathan!

Fit new kitchen sink.
Jon came to fit the taps to the sink prior to the carpentry work and then to fit the sink when the work tops had been fitted. All done to an excellent standard, on time and in a friendly manner. Would definitely recommend.

Replacement and relocation of old boiler.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan and his assistant Bradley. The new boiler was positioned in the loft where there was not a lot of space to move around and they both remained cheerful in the face of adversity! We had to have a slightly different set up than was originally quoted which required a bit more work but Jonathan stuck to his quote. The work was carried out professionally and tidily and Jonathan has responded quickly to all my email queries throughout the process.

Quickly returned my call. Very courteous and professional, and kindly talked to my 3 year old who asked lots of questions. Appeared very knowledgeable about his trade. Did a very thorough job, even giving my gas fire and cooker a safety check.

Fitted a new radiator and replaced three valves.
Jonathan arrived on time and started right away. I was happy to leave him in the house whilst I went off to work, he was helped by his apprentice Brad. The work was to a very high standard and they didn't leave until the job was finished. Very happy with the results and added warmth! I wouldn't hesitate on getting Jonathan back in for any plumbing or heating project in the future.

Boiler service.
Jonathan came and serviced the boiler. He also investigated an issue with the heating upstairs and reviewed the heating system. Jonathan was on time, very thorough and was more than happy to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend Jonathan if you want an honest plumber who is on time, polite and courteous then Jonathan is your person.

Purchasing and fitting new radiator in kitchen.
I most sincerely apologize for the delay in giving my opinions regarding the work carried out but due to a serious illness I was unable to. Jonathan has always been very reliable and trustworthy and I will always ask for his help and advice from him. As you will see by the scoring he is what it says. He made sure that a new radiator was fitted and working ok before Christmas and the heat can be felt even though the radiator had to be smaller than the original, which was too large under the new works surface. Jonathan now has an apprentice and I can appreciate that he shows him the ropes in a professional manner. Thanks to you both James and I had a warm Christmas in the new kitchen.
