I couldn't fault anything John and team did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were punctual, courteous hard working, flexible (which was of paramount importance to us as we were having other building work done at the time) and offered fantastic value for money. A really first class job! John's a perfectionist and incredibly proud of the standard of his work which is a rare quality these days.

A couple of things were done differently to what was discussed. He was very very busy, so did not turn up first time but we understood. Work was done quickly, happy with service overall, expensive though however I would recommend.

First date arranged was rescheduled due to slight overrun on previous job, customer notified by telephone. Customer was happy with quotation supplied a few weeks prior to starting the job, there were no extra's added to the bill and we even gave the customer a discount. I felt I went out of my way for this customer, I am very disheartened to receive this poor comment.
