John gave me some advice over the phone initially. He was not free for a couple of days, however he had a cancellation and came the following morning. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and explained some key information about caring for my boiler. The problem was resolved in about 15 minutes with no parts needed. I shopped around for quotes and John proved to be much better value than using other companies who have quite high set emergency call out charges. Would recommend and use again.

We had been without a boiler and heating for several weeks. Unfortunately John had not been able to fit us in any earlier because he was so busy, which speaks for itself about the quality of his work. He and his colleague did eventually squeeze us in and did a long day to get the job done for us. He charged us less than original quote and is such a pleasant and courteous man to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Very happy with the work. As was the previous work done for me, John arrived when he said he would. I am very pleased with the new basin and toilet. Very professional and friendly pair of plumbers completed the work. Their talents in installing the items carefully and neatly saved me having to replace the flooring and splashback tiles. The worst possible scenario; leaking pipes under mobile home unit - no heating, no hot water, no water at all. I contacted John and he fitted me in very quickly. What was a difficult and very awkward job was carried out very professionally by him with a full and friendly explanation of what had been wrong. I can thoroughly recommend John and have asked him to do more jobs for me. Nice to find such a good and reliable plumber.

I had a number of issues with previous engineers I had called either not turning up or not knowing what was leaking. As it was intermittent they appeared to not want to get involved. John came round within a day of calling him, identified the problem, ordered the part and fitted it next day. After having a lot of problems it was fixed quickly and simply. I would happily use him again.

Mr Sharling and his team did a really professional job and the work was completed over one and a half days. Any mess was cleared up as work progressed. There were no unnecessary 'additions' required that had been suggested in quotes from other providers but at no time did I feel that any short-cuts were being taken. The original visit to repair my boiler was ok and boiler was working for a period but after that the boiler starting going wrong again. During the next couple of months I tried to contact the trader many times, left answer phone messages, when I eventually got in contact with him he said he would ring back the next day but never did. I gave up after that and sent him a text saying that I would report them to Checkatrade but still to no avail. This company is the most unprofessional I have ever used.

Our old water heater broke down. John fitted us in at short notice to review the situation. The heat exchanger was cracked. Having used this company before for a previous job I was advised to have my heating system cleaned I was extremely happy with the work I had had done before so booked this company again. I was not disappointed they were with me for the whole day and cleaned each radiator individualy they were extremely polite and courteous throughout the day. John came to my aid in an emergency. The tap underneath the bath was leaking and water was going all over the bathroom floor. John gave some simple and clear instructions on the phone, which stopped the flow of water. Within an hour John came round and found the source of the problem, changed the fittings and cleaned the bathroom. This took him most of the afternoon but he remained calm and informed me throughout what the problem was and what he needed to do. This is the second time I have used John for a job and I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

Rang in the morning and Mr Sharling came the same day. Removed the leaking shower attachment, tidied everything up, left the place in good order. Have to buy a new shower attachment, but at least Mr. Sharling found out what the problem was, had another plumber that just left me with a small leak a few months ago which turned into a major leak!

John came and examined my shower and identified the fault/s and contacted the maker for parts and advised me of the cost. John advised me that the supplier Aqualisa could send their fitter and the cost would be no different to his and would come with much longer guarantee than his work. John effectively provided us with honest advice (not gaining work in the process) which was much appreciated and clearly would benefit us.
