Removal of load bearing wall, installation of steel beam, plasterboard and finish.
Ceilings supported prior to load bearing wall removal and steel beam installation. Once in position the beam was boarded plaster and painted. It now blends in perfectly with the existing walls and ceiling of our new kitchen-diner. Building Control visited before, during and after and were happy with the work done. The job has now been signed off.
