Repair loose tile/ slightly leaking roof.
Honest enough to confess that original job wasn't going to be as big (or as expensive) as originally quoted. Did a fantastic job which took less than half a day and clearly takes pride in his workmanship which was refreshing to see.

Took down defective brick work to chimney down to roof line and re-built with new bricks and realigned guttering
Work would appear to have been carried out in a most satisfactory manner. John Jones is a most courteous and hardworking individual and I would certainly use his services again if so required.
