I was under a time pressure to complete this work, Which was complicated by the fact that it involved moving an old toilet area and therefore needed structural work. We had a new front door fitted in July by this company. Unfortunately, the locking mechanism developed a fault and needed replacement. All I can say is that the post sales service and problem resolution from this company is as 1st class as their supply and fitting service. There were no dramas, the parts were ordered and fitted in good time, with constant communication from the company to ensure that we were happy at all stages. Highly recommended.

Great communication and no pressure sales. Work completed as promised to good standard and on agreed schedule. To widen the existing window opening they scaffolded over a greenhouse which they took precautions not to damage. A sill was made up to match existing tiled sills elsewhere on the property and bricks were also carefully matched to blend in. It's hard to tell the widened window wasn't there all along! Inside, a boiler cupboard was removed and the wall and ceiling replastered. They replastered the whole wall to give a good finish rather than trying to patch it in. We're very pleased with the results and plan to use them again in future.

Fitted door, cleaned up mess during work and hoovered up when finished. He told us there was a problem with the door lock and that he would get a replacement a.s.a.p - he ordered the replacement whilst he was still here. His wife telephoned to keep us informed whilst waiting for the replacement. She then telephoned to tell us when he would fit it and he arrived as arranged.We have now asked him for a quote to fit a new window.
