John is very hard working and reliable to the extent that when he said he was going to come that day he did however much time it took of his evening. He came out twice for the one fee for servicing it plus the parts at the right price. Due to the nature of this problem it was difficult to solve as the boiler would behave whilst John was here but he was able to talk me through some issues over the phone. I can definately recommend him.

John is a quite exceptional character. He is a genuine professional expert on Alpha boilers. He is brilliant at diagnosing the root of the problem and is totally trustworthy in the way he sets about his work.
