If you visit one of the big national chains you'll be given a smooth sales pitch and a really good headline price for your carpet. They then charge top rates for underlay, grippers, etc and their carpet fitters just want to get in and out as quickly as possible. With Jason you get a straightforward honest price with no hidden extras, and highly skilled fitting. This is the third time we've used him and we will certainly use him in the future. I'm happy to recommend him for all flooring work.

This is the third time I have used Jason at my house and what a fantastic job he has done (as he always does). He's a very tidy, trustworthy guy and I was able to leave him at my house with my keys to finish the job without any concern at all. I'm pleased to say that Jason went above and beyond the call of duty on my flooring and despite a huge delay on the delivery of the tiles (which wasn't his fault) he stayed extremely late in order to get the job finished for us. The finished floor looks beautiful and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a proper job.

He is friendly and reliable, arrived when he said he would and there were no extra charges we paid exactly what we were quoted. After using J Miles Flooring at my place of work I decided that there was no one I'd rather use for the flooring work at my own house. I was unable to be at the house while the work was done but was able leave Jason there to fit the Karndean floor and then lock up for me. My mother needed some specific flooring for meet her needs as he is elderly. I contacted Mr Miles, and found him to be courteous, helpful and he understood what was required. Shortly afterwards initial contact the relevant work was carried out, and met relevant standards. Mr Miles was professional and friendly, and I would definitely recommend him or use him again if required. I had concerns about "cow-boys" and my mother being ripped off but I was pleasantly surprised. The work was inspected afterwards and no concerns about the quality of the workmanship were raised.

Jason is fantastic, we presented him with a massive (25 linear metres ) roll of cream carpet in a filthy house towards the end of a renovation, with no decent space to cut and wet weather outside. He fathomed it out somehow and has done a fantastic job, he has great finishing ideas and knowledge on problems with certain carpets etc. His pricing is very competitive. I'd recommend them to anyone.
