Established in 2005 Jog Contractors Ltd is a successful second generation traditionally owned and operated family business specialising in all aspects of groundwork.

Whether it is acting as a main groundwork contractor for a commercial client, installing a decorative block paved driveway for a residential client, or by applying our grass roots knowledge of horses and assisting an equestrian client in the design of an outdoor ménage, we ensure every project is a success. We also pride ourselves as market leaders as the preferred groundwork specialist in the sustainable self build market. An area which groundwork contractors fear to tread.

Levelling and laying tarmac driveway

We were very pleased with the finished job. They worked hard and left the site very tidy. The only criticism was that communication was not Owen's strongest point

Resurfacing and edging tarmac driveway

Excellent service contractors polite helpful and explained the process. Very tidy both during the day and at the end of each day. Delighted with the end product so much so have engaged for further work. Would give a score of 11 if possible.

Dug out front garden and block paved new drive

Fantastic job. Started when they said they would and finished the job in 3 days. Site was kept incredibly tidy and rubbish removed the same day. A number of neighbours have since asked for quotes having seen their workmanship. Would definitely recommend this company.

Carried out modifications to our Drainage

First class work, great bunch of workers, and friendly with good attitude. We had some probs with a blockage to our drain subsequently, and Owen called back and investigated it for us. He found the cause which was not attributed to his work, but was a coincidence with the timing of it. We were very impressed with the manner that he helped us out, which involved rodding through our drain and removing the blockage. Nothing seemed to much trouble. We therefore would highly recommend this company.

New block paved drive

It is very unusually these days to get reliable workers who turn up do the required work "and more without extra charge" and are very tidy and clear up. I cannot praise Jog Contractors enough. They have done a really good job and were a very friendly crew. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Driveway

Found Owen to be very friendly and reliable, the work was completed in the given time to a good standard. What Jog did: They cleared our driveway of trees, dug up and laid a base then laid gravel to increase the size of our driveway. I would recommend jog and am happy for prospective customers to come and look at their work.

More than a drive way

Owen built me a small road leading up to my house. You can look at the scores that I have given - they say it all. Owen is now doing work for friends of mine as a direct result of a recommendation from myself.

House demolition

Owen, Adam and Fred made a great job of demolishing our old house, stripping out everything carefully inside the house first before knocking it down. The demolition was very quick and efficient, as was the site clearance afterwards. Brilliant job! I would definitely recommend Owen and his team.
