J Shopland Building Services Limited prides itself on our commitment to ensuring a superior standard of customer care is maintained for our entire client base throughout the length of the projects. The recent negative scoring comes as a complete shock to all the team, especially the office staff who dedicate their time to ensuring that client's needs are consistently met. Our policy for notifying clients to changes in start dates for small scale works in five days. It is with regret that in this instance the client telephoned the office before the said notification period and whilst the team were still commendably trying to make changes to the schedule to accommodate the original start date. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances this was not possible and the works had to be pushed back by one week only. John and his team were extremely sorry and apologetic to the client for this inopportune yet minor delay. With these circumstances in mind, J Shopland Building Services Limited would like to make reference to the excellent scoring that was received by the same client for the rest of the service and works.
