From the very beginning John had a passion for what the end product would look like, he asked lots of questions to understand exactly what we were looking for and on several occasions was able to move our thinking on with useful ideas. John is friendly and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, we were always clear on timeline, our house was left tidy at the end of each day and the work was carried out to an excellent standard. Our expectations have been further exceeded by John's after sales support, having noticed the colour of our decking oil was being discontinued he pro-actively bought some and as a kindness came to re-stain our decking in rediness for the summer.
