The standard of the patio was poor and attitude rude. Colours of slabs mismatched. Slab on edge fell off. Trader asked for payment when he felt the job was finished, he refused half payment whilst job on going. Resolved with them taking away the slabs and customer paid for the base. A nightmare and I would not recommend them.

The slabs ordered and used were from the same batch, but all slabs will always vary slightly in colour. We felt we did our utmost for this customer, whose plans and needs did change throughout the project. Despite how much we tried we couldn’t seem to please this customer, which is a real shame when we strive to have a good relationship with our customers ensuring that they are happy with the final result.
