Work initially was for removal of old fire place surround and hearth, which was carried out quickly and efficiently, underlying wall was smoothed as required and all mess cleaned up. We then additionally requested the room be decorated and one wall papered, again this was carried out efficiently and we are very pleased with the outcome.

This was the second time I have used J Ward Builders after they successfully removed an internal wall for me. This time I needed another wall removed and a new kitchen fitted. J Ward builders project managed the whole task including: plumbers, electrician, skip, etc. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. They even worked the weekend to keep on track. I will use them again and will recommend them to friends and the public.

I found J Ward Builders through the Checkatrade website and invited them to quote on removal of an internal wall. The price was competitive and the job was clearly explained. I selected them over the other 2 builders who had quoted for the work. The workmanship was of a high standard and the service was better than expected. This gave me confidence to book them in to fit a new kitchen and further internal renovations. Good company, worth recommending.

I am very pleased with the job Jamie did for me. The quality of work is excellent. I came home from work expecting dust but he had cleaned up. He even cleaned my window! Jamie even arranged for an electrician to do the lighting for me which meant that I did not have to spend time finding one myself. I would recommend Jamie Ward for any decorating and general building work.
