New Garage and driveway
I am very pleased with the completed project. The driveway looks fantastic. We have had lots of good comments from our neighbours. James and his team were courteous and trustworthy.The project did over spend but mainly due to the extra work I wanted. That said there were some extra's that I found over priced. I would recommend James without hesitation. He provided ideas and solutions to make the project work.I will being using James again for the rear garden project.

Demolishing old front steps and rebuilding new steps with a tiled landing.
Started on the estimated date given. James and his colleague kept us informed at all stages of the works' progress. Did a very good job and paid particularly good attention to the detail of the work and it was finished to a high standard. Polite and courteous workers, who left our property clean at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the job and have no hesitation in recommending James to others.

4 tier sandstone patio steps on facing brickwork and rendering of existing blockwork, pointing and general tidying up
James' guys were great - turned up on time, very tidy, protecting and cleaning the route through the house, and their work was of excellent quality - they clearly know what they are about. James' input into the design was fantastic - it looked so much better than I had expected. I would highly recommend James - it is not often that you get reliability, quality and price delivered above expectations. Thanks for a great job, and delivering before Christmas!!

Front path and garden: Victorian-style tiled pathway, garden retaining walls and roped beds, sandstone flagged areas
From the first call, James stood out from the other potential suppliers; his courtesy, prompt responses and creative and engaged approach was refreshing. I was able to have sensible and helpful discussions with James on all aspects of the work, materials etc in order to get my desired result on budget. James maintained excellent communication at every stage of the job and we discussed all aspects of the work. The attention to detail that James and his team give to the finish is second to none; the smallest details from the of the way the rope edging is cut to the fine details of the tile pathway are superb. I am simply delighted with every aspect of the finished work. I would not hesitate to recommend James - and have in fact already done so.
