Updating of an old fashioned bathroom to a modern bathroom.

Excellent work. Work involved removing tiles from an old-fashioned bathroom, retiling and fitting new bathroom ware. Work was done to a very high standard. Tiling was meticulously done. James is an excellent plumber. I would definitely use him again.

Replaced one toilet and resolved problems with another toilet.

Standard of work excellent and cured a leak I was not aware of. Would use James again without a doubt and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable honest plumber.

Replace ball valve in cold water storage tank.

We had water pouring out of our tank all over the place. James fixed it and now all is well! Nice man, showed up when he said he would, did what we asked and charged as promised.

Finding source of leak.

Walls in my flat started bubbling up and few wet spots appeared on carpet around the flat. James came and very quickly found the source of the leak. He fixed the problem and advised me of how to go forward with insurance claim, etc. I can't explain what a relief it was. I cannot recommend James enough!

Replacing ballcocks in toilet

James came to rescue after the last so-called plumber failed to identify problem and over-charged me. He temporarily fixed the problem and returned in couple of days with a new part to fit. Tidy, punctual and friendly. I felt reassured from the start. I will recommend him to anyone and will use again.

Repaired leaking toilet and installed new shower thermostat

James is punctual, reliable and thorough. He did a brilliant job fixing my toilet and replacing my shower thermostat. He is always friendly and enormously helpful. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who is looking for a great plumber!
