New boiler within 3 days

Our gas supplier as well as insurer broke our boiler on Thursday before the coldest weekend so far this year. Jason came that night, spent a few hours going through everything that was needed, and by Sunday we had a brand new boiler up and running! Quality work and great service. Greatly appreciated and will always call Jason first.

Fixed a toilet that was continuously flushing and serviced the boiler

Jason was very quick to respond to my email, he was also very honest and actually explained to me on the phone how I could fix the toilet to save me money. I couldn't do it and he turned up with a spare part to sort things out - he also showed my how to fix it myself in case of problems in the future. We invited him back to service the boiler and he did so very efficiently. I would call him again if I needed a plumber and would recommend him to others.

Shower refit

You can tell a good tradesman when they're genuinely insulted that the previous guy didn't do a better job. Jason went the extra mile to stop by after normal workday hours, to cheerfully explain what he wanted to do and why, and to execute promptly.

Washing machine disconnect and new machine installation

I called Jason first thing Saturday morning to attend a job in London at a rental property I own. He was able to accept the job that day and had completed the disconnect and installation before 4pm the same day. He was very efficient, stuck to the time and price agreed and sent me an invoice the same day so I could promptly pay him. I am so pleased with the work that I am requesting some other small jobs to be done. Thanks Jason.

Installation of new shower pump

Jason and Steve were both very polite and professional. They installed my new pump within 24hrs of me making the call. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to use his services again. Great guy's and a great job done.

Installation of new shower unit

Mr. Minton was an extremely reliable, polite and professional gentleman. The speed at which he responded to our original enquiry was amazing - from time of our enquiry to job completed was less than 24 hours!! and all done to the highest standard.  I can't recommend him highly enough.
