Install megaflow and boiler and pipework.
Jason was an unknown quantity when I was introduced so I was naturally dubious, all I can say is that this bloke is one of the most honest tradesmen I have met, everything he quoted and suggested was bang on the price from the beginning. He works very meticulously, is tidy, polite and doesn't go missing for 3 hour lunch breaks. TBH I don't think he eats at all. A couple of plumber friends (not gas) have commented on his exceptional copper work. I would happily recommend him to anyone and will be keeping his number safe for future work. If I had to criticise then I do remember one morning he turned up at 8.05 when we agreed 8am.

Fitted a new counter-top wash basin.
First, and perhaps most critically, I found Jason to be a thorough professional! Having bought a house a year ago, I have had my fair share of dealings with tradesmen and Jason was unequivocally the very best. He quoted the best rates for replacing an old wash basin, was able to arrange for the work to be done at the earliest, and did an excellent job! Perhaps the most impressive was his abject professionalism when the job he initially quoted for turned out to be a bit of a mission (with stupid old pipes, all different in sizes, the need for a new waste pipe and just general difficulties that became apparent once he had got going). He remained thoroughly cool throughout the process, found resolutions to all issues that came up and did it all with a smile. If one is looking for work to be done this is the man to do it! Really, it is quite that simple. It's a 10/10 for all the right reasons!

Boiler repair, radiator repair, general safety work and advice.
I would highly recommend Jason Minton! He did an excellent job and did not overcharge me at a time when I was really in need of some hot water and heating. Other plumbers were trying to charge me extra for an emergency call out. He was very polite and extremely helpful in terms of talking me through how to solve the problem next time the boiler was to go wrong. Totally free of charge he fixed a problem that could have been dangerous for the children I care for. What a lovely man, top marks!

Boiler losing pressure.
I found Jason via Checkatrade after an emergency plumber gave an unconvincing diagnosis of the problem in my CH system. Jason confirmed this quickly, and spent some time doing his own diagnostics. The leak wasn't obvious, but Jason had a hunch about a certain component. He changed it for a new one, which involved draining the system down and the boiler immediately worked correctly. His charge was extremely reasonable and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Replacement of hot water cylinder and replacement of faulty ballcock valves and installation of replacement overflow piping.
Jason Minton proved to be exceptionally skilled and effective even when faced with unexpected complexities in connecting the loft-level cylinder thermostat with the boiler two floors below. He made repeat visits to the house to ensure that the work was done to the highest standard and also to identify and solve a persistent water leak which turned out to be from the cold water tank overflow. In terms of professional ability, punctuality, reliability and courteous friendly manner he is first-rate.

New boiler within 3 days
Our gas supplier as well as insurer broke our boiler on Thursday before the coldest weekend so far this year. Jason came that night, spent a few hours going through everything that was needed, and by Sunday we had a brand new boiler up and running! Quality work and great service. Greatly appreciated and will always call Jason first.
