Jason's team came in and completely redesigned our very small garden, from a patch of lawn with no borders or features to a magnificent landscaped garden rich in character and now full of fragrant plants and shrubs. It now looks as though the garden has been like this for years and we can't wait for the shrubs and flowers to mature and completely fill the space. Not knowing what we wanted was not a problem for Jason who was able to design and produce a truly wonderful example of how much can be achieved in such a small area. We were kept informed all along the design process and during the build. Regarding the earlier negative feedback from the Bexhill customer Jan 2012 Sure, the job took slightly longer than originally estimated, we had some awful weather and although the guys carried on working in the wet, on occasions they did give up and go home early. I would have in the circumstances Sure, changes had to be made from the original plans, however when it was a change we wanted to make there were no problems whatsoever it was simply done. Sure the guys didn't always sweep up at the end of the day and building materials etc did take over our garden for the duration of the build, and yes we could have gone outside making a nuisance of ourselves, moving everything around and sweeping up every day, but we didn't, we left this professional team to get on with what they do best. I cannot speak highly enough about the work done by Jason and his employees, Gary and Charlie. My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the result. The two weeks in which this work took place were some of the foullest weather imaginable, yet the gruelling work never stopped and was completed on schedule to a very high standard under the most trying conditions. A long upward sloping drive and back garden made this a challenging project for access and work. Snow and rain made it impossible to work at times but the finished work makes it all worthwhile and every effort was made to keep within budget. We are very pleased with the result and the courtesy shown to us at all times.

Having been told 7 hours was a working day this was rarely achieved, starting late and finishing early. We have spent a lot of time cleaning up and have to bag up rubble,, brick, cement and clay. They have redone some of the pointing but there are still mortar marks all over the sandstone. We feel that he has attempted to manipulate a small amount of extra work to get us to pay for materials that we clearly have not had.

I am truly delighted with my new garden. At the start of the project Jason took time to plan the design and layout. He shared ideas and clearly explained the various options and materials that could be used. His knowledge and experience were evident and helped the project evolve naturally and I felt very comfortable with the decisions made. During the project I was always consulted and kept well informed particularly when unexpected problems with drainage and bad weather arose. Jason and the workmen were all very professional, friendly, courteous and extremely hard working. They were also very reliable and trustworthy so I was happy to just let them get on with the job. Right from the start Jason engaged with the project enthusiastically and the result is a much more artistic garden than I had pictured myself. The hard landscaping was undertaken to a very high standard by Gary whose work rate was phenomenal. The men had to work extremely hard in very hot sunshine, to dig out the old patchy, weeded lawn and the layer of chalk beneath, and then provide a layer of topsoil, before the turf could be laid. This was all done by hand without the use of power machinery. All the removed and new material had to be carried in wheel barrows to and from lorries so as to avoid a mess throughout the garden and driveway. All very clean and tidy. We were then supplied with top class turf which looks magnificent to this day. We have no hesitation in recommending this tradesman.
