We will definitely be using Scott again and have already recommended him to friends. The work was completed ahead of schedule despite some unexpected repair work. We have used Scott before and had no hesitation in doing so again. He is extremely professional and personable, he does the job well and he is also very helpful with providing useful advice about other diy jobs which may following the plastering - fitting coving, skirting etc - if you need it. We have more bedrooms that will need plastering and I have no doubt that we will use Scott again.

We have used Jenkins Plastering previously to plaster the walls and ceilings of the upstairs and landing of our house and were really pleased with the results. Accordingly, we had no hesitation in asking Scot to come back and plaster our Kitchen and dining room ceilings. He also tidied up some other areas in the house which we had still not got round to doing ourselves. Our Kitchen ceiling was a bit of a nightmare but Scott handled it with good grace, gave us the options available and then proceeded to re-board and plaster it. We are really pleased with the finish in both rooms and would recommend his work to anyone. We are hoping to get him back soon to do some more work for us.

After an extensive search for plasterers it was such a relief to find Jenkins. Scott was always utterly courteous, punctual and efficient about the job at hand. He even went out of his way to return twice to fix a difficult light fitting after the plastering job had been completed. The plastering work itself was of the highest quality. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jenkins or using them again.

Scott was very helpful on the first visit to quote the job. The job was carried out very professionally, we were kept informed of any issues which Scott sorted out. Post job we have had further advice on painting and suggestions of types of paint and fillers etc to finish off each room. Certainly will be using Jenkins Plastering again for future jobs. Scott was one of the most helpful and informative people I have met. He advised us of all our options depending on our budget and set out concise instructions to get the best results. Once we had decided what we were going to do. Scott gave us a date and a time frame which was fully adhered too. The whole process created minimum disruption and the final result was of a very good standard, which we are really pleased with. Excellent work! Scott's work was faultless and, even better, he did more than I expected for no extra cost and he and his assistant did their very best to keep things tidy (not easy with a very mucky job, but much better than others). Had to wait for him - as he's so in demand - and a labourer let him down on the first day, but would definitely use him again due to his quality of work, plus the good advice given on what really needed doing has saved us money.

Scott the Managing Director kept us informed all along and executed the work with the minimum of disruption and paid special attention to protecting the surfaces and area in which he was working. I was given all of the options to get the job done from patching up to full re-dressing of the wall and Scott was honest and up front all the way, one of the main things for me was the professionalism from the very first time they answered the phone, too many tradesmen I had called that week answered with a grunted" yeah?" but Jenkins plastering from the start made an effort and were a welcome refreshing change, a job very well done.

Scott goes over and above when both quoting and carrying out the work. You will receive a fixed price quote so you know the price you will pay at the start. The quality of the work was second to none, we were extremely impressed by the finish and ability to transform our space. Plastering is a messy business, but Scott protected our rooms really well. We have no hesitation in recommending Jenkins plastering, indeed we are already planning our kitchen and will not consider using another plasterer.

At Jenkins Plastering we pride ourselves on our high level of service and workmanship, and our track record of satisfied customers. It is with regret that we have been unable to meet the customer’s expectations on this occasion. We would like to point out that the ceiling complaint was addressed, and in my opinion we were asked to redo work that was already of the correct standard. It was when we agreed to re-board the bedroom ceiling that we noticed the customer’s loft was overloaded. We got around this by re-boarding, having only quoted for skimming which we did at no extra cost (we also supplied and fitted coving). The finished work was to the appropriate standard for decoration. Upon finishing we were paid in full and had our quote for skimming a second bedroom accepted. We always strive to give good service, value for money and excellent workmanship as our other feedback cards demonstrate. In my opinion, I feel that the customers scoring is unfair and misleading with regards the work carried out.

I initially contacted Scott after a botched job done by another trader. Scott was honest, professional and went out of his way in terms of advice and help (he fixed up our window frames and removed the radiators). Based on the excellent quality of his work in the 2 bedrooms, I had no hesitation in getting him to do the 3rd bedroom and hallway. I am very pleased with the outcome and the value for money. Will definitely recommend him and will also be getting him back to do the plastering in the rest of the house.
