Work was completed and seemed satisfactory. Invoice was settled promptly. Problems were noticed on following day but he refuses to respond to all attempts to discuss the situation. I have to call another plumber to sort out the problem.

Central heating pump replaced, blockage in pipework cleared, boiler service and new room thermostat.
Work was completed on 15th Nov. This is the first time we have used JMS Plumbing and Heating Services. Jack made three visits to us as he was unable to fit all of our work into one day due to his large workload. We had no central heating and hot water which Jack soon had up and running again. We are very happy with the work Jack has done for us and would use him again. Price charged seemed reasonable.

Came to the rescue having moved house.
I found this company through this site and now see why he has such fabulous feedback. What a fabulous guy! I contacted him via email and the next day he phoned to come over that evening to look at radiators that were not working in a house I had moved in to. He was helpful, clearly knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. I would wholly recommend JMS to anyone looking for a plumber and heating engineer and I will certainly be using him again! Removal of radiator and fixed persistent problem with boiler.
I had a radiator and pipes removed to below floor level and will have J M S Plumbing and Heating worker back to relocate it elsewhere when I have decorated. All done with no mess and radiator neatly stowed away. I also had a problem with my boiler dumping water and losing pressure, which has been a persistent problem and has not been identified correctly in the past. Well a few weeks have past and no sign of pressure loss at all since he changed a valve in the boiler. Again, all done very neatly with no fuss or apparent rush. As others have said, very friendly and explains problems simply and clearly. Very happy.

Two visits. The first was to sort a problem when the pump was replaced. I was so impressed with how the work was completed that I booked a boiler service and the magna clean. I would highly recommend JMS for any plumbing and heating work.
