Jack did a few jobs for my rented properties and the feedback from my tentants have been exceptionally positive. One commented that he has left the premises spotless that she did not even realised that he has been there apart from the new boiler in place. The other has mentioned that he was polite and curteous. Even the estate agent managing my properties said when he returned the keys to them he made sure he explained everything that were carried out clearly to ensure the information is fed back to the tenants if required. I have only ever dealt with Jack on the phone and have never met him until recently. He is always very cheerful and pleasant and turns up on time to all the jobs that he has done for me. His prices are very competive and I would highly reccommend him.

I have used Jack' s services several times. On this occasion his quote was the most competitive, he completed the work on time and did some creative brick work to fill an old boiler flue hole. He is a very tidy plumber, always leaves the house as he found it.

Very reliable and competent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I got 4 quotes for the work from other plumbers as I was fairly unsure of what was involved. JMS was considerably cheaper and were able to complete the job faster. The end result was great and we have been really pleased with the work.

Fantastic service. Callback to arrange job was almost immediate. Jack is very friendly and efficient at what he does. He immediately found the source of the leak and repaired it immediately. I would totally recommend him to anyone and his pricing is very fair and reasonable.

A very competitive price was given and the job arranged very swiftly, which was much appreciated. It wasn't an easy or quick job to do because of the positioning and access but he worked solidly from 8.30 to 6. He was exceptionally polite and tidy, and offered sensible advice. It was absolutely clear he knew what he was talking about. I was very impressed and would recommend him with no hesitation.

Jack gave a very competitive quote. He was on time and worked solidly throughout. The job took longer than he expected but everything was finished to a high standard. The new boiler works perfectly and he kept the disruption to a minimum. I would certainly recommend his work.
