I had Gary from John Bayley carpets and he did a very professional job. He was obviously very experienced in his trade and did an extremely merticulous job and produced a brilliant end result. I was very impressed with the 2 fitters who carried out the job to a high standard. They were very polite and nothing was too much trouble, they even helped me move the furniture back afterwards. John was running slightly late but politely called to say he was running behind and would be with me shortly. He was able to arrange to have the carpet laid within a week and brought with him lots of samples. Carpet was laid very nicely without problems within a mornings work.

Re-carpet of Stairs, Landing and 2 Bedrooms
John came to the house to give us a quote.  He was polite, friendly and gave us lots of advice. He bought samples to the house so we could see them in place.  He gave us the best quote so we accepted him to do the job. He kept our order in store as we were decorating.  Once we had finished one of John's fitters came in and laid the carpet. He was great - again very polite, ultra helpful (especially as I managed to put a nail through a water pipe whilst he was there!) and a real gent.  So happy with the outcome I now recommend John and his team to everyone!
