Included in the quote was the taking up and disposal of old carpets, which was well worth the very low additional cost and they took with them my old carpets and the tiny off cuts left over from the new. I was also concerned about many boxed items of new furniture I had stored in the second bedroom; it was not necessary for me to clear the bedrooms completely and they work around the items. From placing my order, which was done in my own home, to the fitting was a matter of days. I can't recommend this company more highly.

Excellent communication throughout, including dealing with our changes to the fitting date and amount of materials required - responsive and prompt every time. I have experienced an excellent service from John Bayley Carpets. I was offered a variety of carpets of good quality and fair prices. My carpets were fitted on the date I asked for and there were no issues with arranging this. The carpets were fitted perfectly with good quality under-lay. We had John Bayley carpet the whole house April 2010. My son dropped the iron in the middle of the living room carpet, we had to claim on the insurance. John came out and measured up, we needed new underlay, he gave us a good quote. When we received the insurance, we called him and asked if they were able to take our carpet up and take it to my parents house and use it for their stairs, he said it was no problem, and the iron mark would not be seen. The carpet fitter was great very quick and tidy, really nice guy. My mum was really pleased with the job he did on their stairs, and no iron mark to be seen. We will definately use again.
