Excavate and build sunken garage to side of house with ground works
Had it not been for a frozen late Nov and all of Dec 2010 the job would have been finished on time. It was to budget and built to an extremely good quality. The finished garage meets all our expectations and more. John Lunn and his team are a pleasure to do business with and this is the 3rd time we have been to John Lunn. We would certainly use him and his team again and would recommend to others. Take out shares in Nescafe first though!

Garage Conversion
Some of guys manner could have been better but on the whole until I was unhappy ok. Apart from couple of occasions, manner used on phone and by the trader could have been better. Refuses to deal with in my opinion fully paid conversion even though it is full of damp and path was laid on top of existing uneven drive.

I found that damp problems were not in my opinion down to work I carried out.I also found that a hole had been drilled for a tumble dryer vent which was below ground level and not damp proofed. No guttering on roof which allows water in. I did not have anything to do with the roof. No roof vents put in which could cause condensation. In my opinion the bill has not been paid in full many items still outstanding. I have done some work for this customer which I did not charge for. In my opinion the problems the customer is dealing with were not caused by me.
