Jammed on/off wall heater
Jonathan installed a Creda Electric wall heater in our bathroom on 10/01/09 The cord jammed on 25/09/09 am I phoned him and he came out at 20.20pm to unjam it. No charge.

Jonathan responded to a cri-de-coeur and managed to fit the job in at very short notice before the bathroom tiling was finished.  He was reliable, quick, courteous, tidy, and had a good sense of humour.  In fact the final bill was less that the quote.

Fitting of down-lighters and solving partial electrical failure
Mr Fridlington was on time and had quickly solved the electrical problem that we had been experiencing for some time.  He then fitted new down-lighters in my hall. After he had finished my house was left clean and tidy.

I would like to point out that I turned up half an hour early than booked due to finishing my previous job early. I gave the customer the chance to carry on with what they were doing. As for 9 out of 10 tidiness I didnt make any mess at all to tidy up, I tested the hot water system and reset a time clock.

Jonathan was a pleasure to work with throughout the process being extremely professional from quote to completion. His communication was excellent (giving daily progress reports) as was his tidiness which made a refreshing change from other tradesmen used. He was very flexible, working a bank holiday Monday so I could be there when key items went in. I considered the service provided very thorough, reliable and excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jonathan again for future electrical work.

Moved a light fitting and fitted a new light, and re-wired a BT socket
Jonathan is a neat and tidy worker who turned up promptly at the agreed time.  He gave helpful advice on the phone prior to carrying out the work and his original estimate was spot on. The BT socket was not a straightforward job however he persisted until he solved the problem for us and my husband and I would definitely use his services again.  Excellent, well done.
