Stripped and re-wallpapered study.
As previously, Mr Velez arrived punctually, was very polite and diligent. He carried out some work to ensure the 'project' could be completed and also came back a third day to complete the work. Mr Velez is not opportunistic - he quoted for the work, gave excellent advice and did the work to his usual clean, tidy and excellent standard. A contractor highly recommended.

Price was best quote. Prompt arrival, very flexible about dates and completing the work in one day. Great care taken to achieve good results and quality of the finished walls and ceiling were both excellent, feeling as smooth as glass. Would recommend highly and hope to have Jonathan to work on skimming further rooms in the future.

Plastered bedroom ceiling and filled holes in walls.
I was in a rush to get the bedroom ceiling plastered due to other tradesmen arriving to fit wardrobes. Mr Velez replied to my text within a couple of hours and came round to give us a quote within a couple of days. He completed the work that week and was very reasonably priced, especially as the quality of his work was excellent. We will be using him to complete the work on the rest of the house as we trust his workmanship implicitly.

Two bedroom ceilings and wall plastering.
I was passed Jon's contact after seeing a previous job he had just completed. On contacting him he turned up as arranged to make a quote and was thorough in detailing and explaining how it would be done and timescale to completion. He arrived promptly at the same time each day with very little time spent taking breaks throughout the day. His workmanship is to a high standard and tidy. On completion of the job the bill was as quoted. I found him to be courteous and a good worker. So much so that we have booked further work which originally were not planning to do until later next year but, for the reasons above were happy to move this forward due to the above attributes. The work involved is replacing the hallway and landing ceilings, plastered as well as walls.
