Complete kitchen refit.
All measuring, dismantling and installing of new units, floor and final finish, painting etc. Outside steps dismantled & rebuilt to enable the elderly to use them with walking aids. I would be happy to recommend them.

Building works.
Johnny, prepared, rubbed down and re-painted all my ceilings and hall walls. He is very courteous, polite and always clears up after he finishes everyday. The finish was brilliant, very professional man! I would be happy to recommend them.

Skim bedroom, en suite and stairs
Arrived on time, worked hard and finished as expected at agreed price. Workmanship looks good to me and there were some odd angles and corners. Courteous and friendly. Messy job but they kept as tidy as was reasonable to expect. Will use again.

Board and plaster small part of ceiling.
Generally OK, but a few grumbles:
. He left rubble and significant quantity of dust on top of the kitchen cabinet. He left a very heavy rubble bag of waste building material in our front garden. I would have expected that this was removed and disposed of by him, or at the very least placed next to our bins. If I were elderly or disabled, how would I get rid of this? . Left a mesh on show at high level around the edge of the new part of the ceiling. . In my opinion, there was an original agreement (weeks before job commenced) that included him finalising the works by painting the ceiling that I supply the materials for. A few days before the work started, he advised he wouldn't be doing this. Maybe this was a miscommunication, so I didn't argue the point.

With regards to the clients comments I do not feel they are true reflection of events. All conversations were with the customer prior to work and I made it very clear the costings did not include painting due to timing as plaster needs couple days to dry and I was not available after this date. When I went to price the job I dealt with the client's spouse and also when I was doing the job. I made it clear to her regarding tidying up and rubbish what I would be taking and what would be left and why. All rubbish I made I took with me, the rubbish that was left was from above the ceiling which was concrete. I could not of been aware that as it was above the ceiling, if I was to take it I would of been charged a fee for disposal. Finally the mesh that was left is actually scrim tape which I have placed there to prevent any further cracks, this was also explained to his spouse. If any of these issues were previously brought to my attention i would of been more than happy to address.
