There were three separate groups involved in the work on 2 separate occasions. All of them were prompt, polite and very tidy. I was kept informed throughout and they were flexible regarding things like fitting my insulation to replace some poor insulation that had been uncovered. The bill was exactly as the agreed price and I would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them.

Letter from Trader; "I would like to make the following points: 1. Jones Bros Ltd returned to the site immediately. 2. Jones Bros did not break any tiles. (breakage was an existing cut tile). 3. Jones Bros offered to attend to the drainage issue and repoint the tiles. This offer was rejected by the customer. Had this offer to remedy the situation been accepted the problem wopuld have been resolved. 4. The materials and workmanship are of a high standard. The customer is in possession of our ten year workmanship guarantee along with the manufacturers material 10 year warranty." 28/4/06: Letter received from customer stating that they are now very happy with satisfactory outcome of this.
