Removed wall for bi-fold doors to be fitted.
Peter did an excellent job for us on a timely basis. Works in a very clean and tidy way keeping dust to a minimum given that 1/2 a wall was removed, and fully met our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Peter again or to recommend him to others looking to have work done.

Fitted bathroom.
This is the second job Peter has done for us, first was a garage conversion which was outstanding and this second job was to totally rip out a horrible bathroom and refit everything from new. The finished result is top quality, during the whole process as things we ripped out we found hidden problems but Peter explained the problem area and how we could have them corrected. Peter and ken were again very punctual, tidy and efficient and carried out the work as described. Peter will be the only builder I will use as I have total trust and faith in him. The price is competitive. I know he will turn up when he says he will and that the job will be completed on time and to a top quality standard. Once again Peter many thanks.

Remodelled a bedroom completely and refurbished a shower room.
Peter did an excellent job for us on a timely basis. He works in a very clean and tidy way and fully met our expectations. There were some unforeseen problems with our rooms, which meant that extra work had to be done. Peter took it all in his stride and the additional charges for the extra work were reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Repair to flat roof.
Excellent! Came round on a non-working day to have a look because the rain was leaking into the house and then carried out the work shortly after. Really helpful in explaining what needed to be done and why, and polite throughout. Am already using Peter on another job and will definitely recommend and re-use Peter.

Garage conversion.
Highly satisfied with this company who were incredibly helpful. We were very happy with the standard of the finished work. I would really recommend them and if we ever need a builder again, would definitely use them. I ordered the window/doors from another company, so it was supply only for Joseph and Son to fit.

Turned inhabitable garage conversion in to habitable double bedroom.
We had a garage conversion that was almost inhabitable, Peter has now turned this room into a warm and pleasant double bedroom for my adult son. Right from the outset Peter was fantastic, turned up on time, everyday, quality of workmanship was top class, even when I asked for little extra' s to be added to the work this was no problem, very clean. Have already looked at Peter doing a bathroom renovation for me. Finding good tradesman you can trust is difficult, in Peter we have found a gem and will definately look to use him for any future projects. Peter promised to have my son in the renovated room in time for Christmas and he has delivered on that promise. Many thanks Peter.

Decorated sitting room, stairs and landing, removed Artex from ceiling and replastered.
Joseph and Son were recommended to me by a friend and I am very grateful for the recommendation. Peter worked mainly on his own, but with occasional help from others in the firm when required. I found the quality of his work to be excellent! He was a pleasure to have in the house, always friendly and courteous, and I was quite happy to leave him to work alone in the house, he is thoroughly trustworthy. I have already asked him for quotes for other work to be done and I will use him again without hesitation.
