Jim and his son worked hard replacing all the old guttering all around the house. They worked very hard and went to considerable lengths to get the new guttering fitted correctly, also clearing out some other guttering around the garage. Would certainly recommend them.

Quite honestly I didn't think tradesmen like this existed anymore. I rang Jim 4.30 on Thursday afternoon, he came round the next day and gave me a good reasonable quote for the job for completion the following Monday. Jim called me on the Monday to let me know when he would be round. Considering the bracket was 3 stories up it took only 20 minutes to complete the job. Outstanding and I will definitely be using Jim and his firm in the future.

Despite it being a small job, various other people have attempted to resolve the problem of my leaking gutter unsuccessfully. Jim was great, he came to give me a quote first and then came back and completed the work very quickly, efficiently and at a very good price. I contacted JPE Guttering on Thursday to which they provided a quotation on the Saturday and by Monday afternoon the work was completed. The work was completed to a high standard and I never knew they had been as old guttering was removed and any mess was cleared up.

The guttering was replaced and attached to existing fascia. However, I feel they did not tell me that the fascia was extending too far out from the wall. This means the water from the roof does not descend into the gutter as the fascia protrudes beyond the lowest tile. So water still pours down the wall instead of into the gutter. I paid for a job which does not cure the problem.
