What could have been a very difficult time, was handled superbly from start to finish. A new water pipe was moled in after the water co. Told us we had a leak on our property. Best company I've discovered though Checkatrade to date. After ringing around local plumbers on Checkatrade to fit a new supply pipe only to be told that this wasn't their speciality after all, I managed to find JTS. Turns out fitting new supply pipes IS their speciality. JTS provided very reassuring analysis, explanation of the fix and process and helped deal with the insurance company on my behalf (I hadn't even thought I could claim via insurance). I'm sincerely glad that there are companies like JTS around to help resolve these rare but troublesome issues, heartily recommended

General air of efficiency from all staff. Staff appeared when promised, obviously well trained. Knew exactly what needed to be done, my property was treated with care. All but minimal refurbishment offers, did not stop for a rest.
