Slight hick-up about the time and date, but plain sailing after sorting this out, very good standard of work, happy to shift the furniture around when the room lay-out did not work and do a couple of extra jobs while there. Made sure a sticky drawer was made to operate smoothly. Very tidy and reasonably priced. Am lining up further jobs, would definitely recommend him.

He has previously assisted me with property maintenance; on this occassion with light fittings,ceiling repair and a front door lock replacement. Jerry was able to help me out when another tradesman had cancelled on short notice. He understood that I needed the job done soon and was able to come out the next day. Even with the few details I gave him he was able to fix my floor board with materials he had on hand. Whilst on the job I asked him to also hang a curtain rail, he was happy to oblige, even though he had to improvise a bit due to a lack of a ladder. The quality of the work seems very good, I would be happy to recommend him to other people.

Jerry gave me a very competitive quote and because of the reviews on this site and because of his friendly personality, I decided to use him to do the work in my bathroom. Jerry and his colleague did a very professional job and I am very pleased with the outcome. Jerry tidied up afterwards and took any remaining wood away. The silicone around the bath and the wooden panels were fitted to a very high standard and the boxing in around some pipes was very tidy and neat. I previously had some quotes from a few carpenters and they quoted double the amount that Jerry quoted. I am very pleased with the outcome and do not believe that the carpenters could have done a better job. I will definitely be recommending Jerry to friends and family and will contact him again if I need any more work done.

Jerry and the boys were amazing and when the kitchen from Magnet came in a terrible state they sorted all the problems out and after two weeks waiting for magnet to sort out their stupid mistakes and damaged units, Jerry and the guys came over and fitted it in 3 days. They are professional and hard workers, they do love coffe though so stock up when they start work for you. I can highly recommend them and I am fussy however don't use magnet. Thanks guys.

Got Jay to install a purchased kitchen. He and his team did a great job including, plastering walls and ceiling, plumbing in new fittings, moving radiators, tiling, laminate flooring along with actually fitting the kitchen to a good standard. Very flexible as they had to come back a number of times as bits for the kitchen were missing! Overall recomend

Jerry had all the correct tools to cut out 12" squares in concrete and to dig to a depth of 17" ready for installation of 3 parking posts. He then duly mixed the concrete and ensured all the posts were symmetrical and upright. Very happy with his work and would happily recommend him for any building work. He has also installed my bathroom complete with shower and wall to wall tiling. Always tidied up after him. Excellent.

We employed Jerry to fit our kitchen on the basis of his excellent reviews on CheckaTrade, his competitive quote and his friendly, positive personality. We are delighted we did so. Jerry and his colleague Roy were polite, punctual, hardworking and good humoured throughout, completing the job in 5 full days and two half days, including working through a weekend. As well as fitting the kitchen units to a high standard, they moved two electrical sockets, created bespoke removal boxing around the boiler pipes, replaced the crumbling piping behind the sink and had to move the gas connection twice to allow our new oven to fit. The latter two were unforeseen problems but despite the modest extra charges the quote still came to less than any of the other three we'd originally obtained. Other difficulties with the job included having to mitre the work tops in our cramped hallway (as we couldn't get them outside again for fear of damaging them) and dealing with my less than perfect tile ordering – one spare each for the wall and the floor and the merest scrap of grout was all that was left at the end, which certainly made the guys sweat for their cuppa! All in day's work for Jerry and Roy and we would happily recommend them.

I was unsure of exactly where the leak was coming from, but Jerry was able to very quickly and accurately determine the problem. When we discovered that the replacement part was available in Uxbridge I worried that this could not be resolved in one day. Jerry was a fantastic help and went out of his way to collect the part from the other side of London in order to complete the repair work in the same day. This was a great help since I am heavily pregnant and had my 1 year old daughter with me! Jerry is very tidy, polite, hard working and the work was reasonably priced. Jerry has been great to work with. He can be relied upon for turning up on time and communication is good in terms of making appointments, obtaining quotes etc. He is flexible and able to deal with all types of work. For example, he installed new switches and sockets to the room he was decorating. He also put up a Venetian blind and curtain pole. If Jerry can't do the work himself he knows a man who can. This makes things easier than trying to project manage different tradesmen. Jerry can hang wallpaper as well as general redecoration. The wallpaper put up throughout the bedroom is finished perfectly. Upon completion of 2 rooms, we got Jerry back to do more work in the house and will use him going forward for further work we need as he can be replied upon, competitive price, good quality of work and is flexible. Overall I would highly recommend Jerry.

A complete gut and refurb Jerry and Trevor delivered an outstanding job which exceeded my expectations. They identified some key problems on the refurb which resulted in a source of damp being resolved which at least 4 other companies had missed. They also advised where I did not need to do work, which is invaluable. They are very honest and hard working guys I cannot recommend highly enough. I had almost given up hope on sorting a longstanding maintenance job after contacting a couple of other repairmen who had let me down. After receiving the Checkatrade brochure I decided to try one last time and I'm pleased I did. The job was a full refurbish inside and out, carpeting, rebuilt window sills at rear of property. We also did extensive work to the exterior garden area. Really happy with the team led by Jerry who is a thoroughly decent bloke and who was very good at problem solving when issues arose - highly recommend these guys

Jerry and his team were very versatile and knowledgeable and had a good range of skills. He was conscientious, professional and friendly. He kept the house as clean and tidy as possible and maintained his good humour throughout.
