Chris installed new doors, kitchen sink, tv brackets, bath, bath paneling, sink, coving, bathroom pipe boxing in, bathroom furniture, curtain poles, and vinyl finish for kitchen. Modified kitchen panels for new cooker and washing machine. Chris was also able to out source electric and plumbing work, to reputable workers who equally done a great job. Would highly recommended again, and charged a decent a price compared to competitors. Chris clearly knows his trade and his likewise for his teams.

We needed a kitchen fitter urgently as our tenants had moved out and we wanted a quick turnaround on a refurb. Chris's quote was very competitive, he removed a wall for us and installed a new kitchen and laminate flooring. We were more than happy to leave Chris with the keys. Chris worked on both the Saturday and Sunday to help us out. We are very happy with the work Chris has carried out, the kitchen diner looks really good and has added a lot of value onto our property. I have already recommended him to the neighbours and will no doubt have him carry out some further work in the near future. The work was both on time and budget and Chris did in fact do some extra work for us free of charge.

Trader gave us an excellent price and did a great job on the work tops and on cutting back our cupboards to fit the kitchen . He also relocated our sink and sank the waste pipe into the wall to make it fit behind our cupboards, which other suppliers hadn't been prepared to offer. Chris estimated three days for the work initially which we were very pleased with We would have given Chris 10 for quality of workmanship as he is clearly skilled and has good attention to detail. However, we gave him 9 as we felt this slipped towards the end as the tiling is less even than it might have been, presumably because of the time pressures We found a leg had come off one cupboard when we later removed the plinths to do the flooring Looking at our kitchen now we are pleased with the end result, and we were pleased that Chris came back afterwards to fix a pipe seal where it was dripping, since when we've had no problems. Generally we found that Chris had a straight-forward approach and we felt able to ask questions and sort things out as we went along, which we greatly appreciated. .

Chris and his team replaced our kitchen and utility room. Plenty of remedial work needed to be carried out before the new kitchen could be fitted and Chris made sure that all other trades carried out their work to meet his high standards. As our kitchen units were fitted, Chris altered and modified components to make the overall finish perfect. All joints, gaps and levels are as they should be and nothing was too much trouble for Chris to satisfy our high expectations. He is the first tradesman who has given us exactly what we asked for rather than an easier option. Chris and his team come highly recommended by us.

Chris arrived punctually and proceeded to do a first rate job. He was a fast worker but didn't cut any corners; he was clearly experienced and able to work around any irregularities in the room layout, and to advise us as to what sort of materials were needed to finish. What impressed us most was his attention to detail - the beading was cut beautifully and the end result is fantastic. And he was extremely tidy too. Can't fault him at all, and would without hesitation recommend to others. Perfect 10.

Chris came on the set date with doors he had already made. He cleared out all the old ones the work top, sink and Gas hob and disposed of all the rubbish. He was a quick, excellent worker doing a very high standard job. Any unexpected issues were quickly solved. He installed the new sink and Gas hob himself and did the whole thing in 2days! He is a very efficient pleasant man. I can't praise him enough.

Chris was a nice enough guy but the quality of workmanship and customer service I found to be very poor. We had too many problems (some not his fault) to mention and a 7 day project ended up 5 weeks. I have just had someone in to make good some of his work. I think he possibly trying to take on far too much work than he could handle.

From the onset of this customers job, I was let down by my kitchen supplier, this caused a knock on effect, tried my best to make things run. The Customer at no point questioned my workmanship. If not given the chance, how can I put things right, if not informed. Offered compensation to decorate complete kitchen but customer did not take me up on this offer.

We received a quote for the removal and installation of dishwasher plus replacement of tap and work top. Very poor quality work. Basic errors were made re fitting of cupboard doors for the integrated dishwasher which meant more re-work. When removing old dishwasher they left a pipe under our sink uncovered leading to extensive flooding of kitchen. No refund or compensation offered. Very poor attempt at sourcing granite for kitchen work top and have heard no more from them since we rejected the first colour (pale grey when we had asked for black). I would not use this company in future and would not recommend this company.

At no point was I aware that the customer was unhappy with our work. I felt the dishwasher problem was overcome to both parties satisfaction. I feel the scores given are not fair. The open pipe was a mishap and for this we will be sending compensation and a written apology. I tried very hard to source Granite and was under the impression that the customer was getting back to me.

We decided to choose the firm because we were (& remain) impressed by Mr Rice. But the dates of the work were changed several times. On the 1st day 2 operatives arrived unable to speak English and without instructions which concerned me and made me feel vulnerable.
