The work that has been done to date is of a very high standard and looks great. The finish on the brickwork is very well matched to the excisting brickwork,and lots of our neighbours have commented on the almost perfect match. We have had nothing to complain about, and I have actually enjoyed the whole process, and there's more to come with the internal finishing touches!

A very professional approach to the task with full information as to why the roof was leaking and what additional work was required after the old felt had been removed. In addition, prior to the new felt being fitted, the suggestion that the guttering soffit be replaced was accepted and the completed job was first class.

Some of the roof edge tiles were damaged by a neighbours tree and as I had used Checkatrade before I looked for a local roofer through your website. Jonathan Verlander came and had a look at the job to be done but couldn't give me a quote straight away as he needed to source the tiles. He got back to me very promptly with a quote and I was pleasantly surprised at his charges. He actually came and did the job whilst I was away on holiday. When I got back he had left me the bill and he had also taken away the broken pieces of tile which I had left in my garden. He is a very pleasant young man and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Should I require the services of a roofer again I would definitely call him.

Very pleased. Very nice new roof detail, much improved from the old. It was clear that this relatively small project received a lot of thought prior to commencement, the roof was old and fiddly and one of the request was to remove old tiles from one area and replace onto another area so as not to draw attention to the repair. This was difficult to do as the tiles were old and brittle but was done and came out very nicely. J Verlander and his staff also are very pleasant and easy-going people to deal with and made the whole experience completely stress-free. Would highly recommend.
