Design work by Paul was excellent and very flexible. Being able to see most items in showroom was useful. Unforeseen issues dealt with professionally and without cutting corners - we had an issue with the floor which was not stable enough for long term use with granite tops and they explained this to us and replaced the joists and floorboards completely so the floor is now rock steady and this came at very reasonable extra cost. Subcontractors used for electricity, plumbing, plastering and stonemasons were all very good. Quality of actual kitchen itself and appliances is very good. We had not appreciated how much rubbish would be generated by the gutting of the previous kitchen and as a result our garden was largely a tip for a couple of weeks. It would have been preferable if we had been pre-warned and/or if the rubbish had been taken away during the job rather than being left there for 2 weeks. We had not been told that we would need to provide a large storage area for equipment and kitchen units beforehand - fortunately we were able to empty our conservatory to accommodate the need but would have been useful to know this before. During the work a number of decisions had to be made concerning pipe work, electrics and the general look of the finished design and at every point Paul ensured no corners were cut and a very professional solution and finish was achieved. When Paul worked out the final settlement to cover the additional work we had needed to floors, walls, ceiling and extra wall cabinet we considered the additional charge to be more than fair and indeed somewhat less than we thought they could reasonably have charged. Paul went out of his way to make the point that if we discovered any issues in the future we could contact them and they would sort them out. The five year guarantee on the kitchen units is a nice surprise. He even offered to help if we had problems getting the appliances themselves fixed by the...

We were impressed with the initial visit to the showroom and the follow up from the designer who was happy to e mail plans with revised photographs as the final design evolved. We were not rushed or pressurised. We are delighted with the units and the fitters were exceptional in the standard and care they took with their work. K100 undertook the whole project and were fair in their charge for the extra work that was required. We have no hesitation in recommending them

This is 3rd time I used K100 since they did exceptionally good work for me in the past. Paul Beasley as always did fantastic job on designing the kitchen units offering both practical and innovating tips how to make things look and work nice, which is especially difficult when the space is limited. The 3D computer generated images help to invision the final look easier and the detailed quotation shows the breakdown of the cost. Mr.Beasley knows how to work within the client's budget and having the furniture factory enable to design & supply the units of non-standard sizes made specially for your kitchen. There is total flexibility offered where it comes to the appliances, you may wish to purchase them yourself or K100 can manage it for you taking all your wishes and comments onboard. All this process is very fast, efficient, flexible and very highly professional. Graham & Jeff did an amazing work fitting the new kitchen in to the highest specifications. All work, including electrical, plumbing, etc. was done very neat in once again highly professional manner. Fantastic workmanship and attention to the smallest of details. I'd like to thank K100 and the team for my beautiful new kitchen, which was delivered on time and under budget. I would recommend K100 to anyone who needs a kitchen renovation, why shopping around? These guys have it all and they well beat even the super sale prices of other well known kitchen suppliers. If you want a 'bespoke' kitchen the way you invision it - go to K100 - that's my advice :-)

A fantastic job from start to finish. The fitters were reliable, clean tidy and absolutely meticulous in their final detail. The result is a fabulous kitchen. K100 were recommended to us and it was a good decision to go with them. They were not the cheapest quote that we had, however, we were confident that the quality of their materials were better than average and we decided to go with them. It proved to be the right decision. The job took two weeks and the experience was stress free as far as I was concerned. Our kitchen took two weeks to fit. Paul the kitchen designer took time to discuss our wants and needs, gave good advice and the kitchen design is fantastic, the overall cost was very competitive. The kitchen fitters (Steve and the gang) were very reliable and arrived promptly every day, they gave good advice and the quality of work was outstanding. We had a quartz work top fitted, this was organised and fitted at the right time, no long wait, the men were very polite and helpful. Communication throughout was good, All debris and rubbish was cleared from the site at the end of the job. Kitchen area was always left in a tidy state at the end of the day. All work was carried out in a timely manner and was well organised by the company. Our kitchen is admired by all who visit the house. Would recommend this company.
