To repair a pipe that was leaking.
I feel that this could have all been averted if they had not broken promises and wasted 5 hours of my time over two occasions waiting for them. After all , it is just a phone call.

Fix leak in bathroom behind toilet suit (hidden).
Assessed where leak was and the cause. Ordered new cistern. Following day fitted new cistern, replaced panels and tidied up. All ok.
