We feel that this feedback is unjust, as due to the misunderstanding about the lagging of pipes we deducted the cost at once from the bill and explained that there was NO fee charged for attending the premises only for works carried out. The client paid this within days and as we heard no more of the matter we assumed it had been resolved so we were surprised to get this feedback given some six weeks later.
