Excellent service - I called in a panic on Saturday because I'd screwed through a live wire, and the circuit had gone poof with black smoke. Keith was very calm and obliging and managed to be here within twenty minutes. He quoted his standard call-out fee and as it happened the job was very quick for him to fix, so that was all that was charged. Really appreciated that he was able to make it out at such short notice on a Saturday and fix the issue with no problem.
