I have used this company before to replace all windows and doors in my property. I got them back to fix a conservatory roof that had been poorly fitted by a different company a few years ago. The roof is waterproof and looks so much better now. I only wish I'd known about them 5 years ago when the conservatory was done.

Yet again, Jack and Ken have exceeded expectation and delivered excellent value for money, quality and service. Prompt and hassle free now over about half a dozen different jobs I really cannot rate highly enough...great work, thoroughly nice folk to do business with. Everything went smoothly and on time, from coming to do the quote to finishing the job. We were extra impressed when they noticed a glass flaw in one of the windows (not sure we would have noticed) and arranged to return to replace it. All in all we were very happy with the work done and will certainly call on them again if we need anything else.

My husband and I have been very impressed with the work carried out by KL Windows. They have done an excellent job and the windows and doors are of extremely good quality - great price too! The frames are a lot less bulky than the old PVC frames and the fitting of them is sound and smart. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our door malfunctioned on a bank holiday. Although still under guarantee the supplier could not be contacted. We selected K L Windows from our local Checkatrade list. Mr Broad said he could come to look at it and warned of the call-out charge. He arrived within the hour, completed the repair within thirty minutes and made the call-out charge as he had indicated. Cheerful, courteous, tidy. What more could you ask? We would use K L Windows again without hesitation.

Both Ken and Jack were excellent workers and completed the job on time and within budget. They were punctual when coming to give me the quote and turned up everyday when they said they would. They were courteous and considerate of the house and tried to reduce the mess as much as possible. They cleared the rubble and left the garden and house very tidy. They were even helping me with odd jobs to do with the kitchen installation that I wasn't paying them for. An excellent service and a good reliable company. I have already recommended them to other friends for guttering work.
