Keith installed a new boiler on 26/04/12. Excellent job. I reported noise coming from the boiler at 06.58 hrs on 04/05/12. Kevin attended at 09.10 hrs on 04/05/12 and resolved problem. How's that for service.!! I am a very satisfied existing customer.

First class service from this company. My boiler broke on the coldest day this year. I called them in the morning and the engineer was here at two o'clock. He new exactly what the problem was and repaired and serviced the boiler. I was so pleased with how professional and polite the engineer was they now have the yearly contract to service my boiler. First class company.

We were worried we would have trouble getting a plumber over the christmas holiday but Kevin came to give us a quote immediately and had ordered the new part and fitted within a day. He serviced the boiler at same time , and we will definately be using him in the future .Very pleased with the high standard of work.

As we are renovating the property we requested that they fit in around our requirements. They gave us a full quote and advice. They took into account what we needed (to keep the old radiators). The installer was great and gave advice on how to install the mains pipe and provided additional plumbing to help me complete this job (no additional cost). Neat work and resonable price. I am going to use this company to service all appliances and would recommend them.

Mike came and replaced are broken central heating water pump. This is the 2nd time we have had Mike come and do work for us . He is an outstanding heating engineer , who goes way above and beyond the call of duty. He did a fantastic job draining the central heating system getting the old pump out and fitting new pump and renewing fittings and pipework. Nothing ever is to much trouble for Mike, I cannot urge anybody looking for a central heating engineer to look no further. We shall certainly never look anywhere else.

The servicing of the boiler was done to a very high standard with very little mess . Mike then went on to fit a new vent into the outer wall working in a very tight enclosed space. He did this extremely well causing very little mess in the process which amazed me. I cannot recommend this firm enough as they are so helpful and treat you and your home with total respect. I will never look further then Mike and Kevin for all my Gas services form now on.
