All the work was done to the best quality and as I'm also in the building trade I am probably more fussy than others as I know how it should be done. Kieran was great to deal with. He arrived exactly when he said he would and kept in touch with me regularly in the build up to the job commencing to ensure everything was set to exactly as I would like it. Also he is very precise with everything he did, and would never let himself slip below the high standards he has set.

Kieran and Les did a fantastic job boarding our loft. They were very reliable and respectful of the house especially when carrying so many materials up in to the loft taking great care not to damage any paint work. They work quickly and efficiently. They quoted a very fair price for the job. It is the second time we have had Kieran over and we are already set to use his services again for 2 more jobs. A very reliable guy would recommend 100%.

Kieran and Les carried out some outstanding work on the roof over what was the outside toilet which was beginning to come away from the wall of the main house. They not only completed the work ahead of schedule, clearing up after them as they went, but also did some additional work that they had not quoted for and charged me no more for so doing. I was kept informed at each stage of the work undertaken. For great quality work at a reasonable price, I would have no hesitation in recommending K W Construction to anyone.

The wall was very weather damaged and looked out of place with the other properties in the terrace. Was only planning on having half the wall done, but 'K W Construction' offered a very reasonable price so I had the entire wall done, I was very impressed with the work done, and the professionalism, that I have asked them to repair my garage as well. I have also recommended them to two of my friends, who are also going to have work done by them.
