Garage conversion into kitchen and utility work area, kitchen re-fit and driveway

Provided a detailed quote, broken down into the different aspects of the job and they kept to the price. Colly and Lesley could not be easier to work with. Any extra costs were discussed and quotes provided before the work started. They were on-site everyday punctually and always left us tidy and secure. The people Colly uses are skillful, friendly, hardworking and always able to tell you what is happening over the next few days. This really helps reduce the stress caused by all of the upheaval. Colly provided an excellent level of customer service. A very pleasant experience resulting in a great new kitchen, up-to-date boiler, workroom and driveway.

Loft Conversion consisting on 2 double bedrooms with an ensuite and remodeling of existing 1st floor including formation of master bedroom with new ensuite

I would absolutely recommend Kalvin Construction. I am a Chartered Structural Engineer and can say there a few builders who provide the same level of service. They always are tidy, the quality of the workmanship is excellent, but most important is they are very communicative, you always are kept fully informed of progress.
