Roof strengthening works
The work was done professionally and with care. Residents at the building commented on how quiet and polite the workman/men was/were during the work. They did only the work that was necessary and according to their estimate. The workman was happy to discuss and explain matters with us and stayed behind to wait for us to inspect the work, when we were unexpectedly delayed. We are very happy with the work done and will be using this firm for other work in the future.

Loft conversion, extension and complete internal refurb
Kalvin and his team are a joy to work with; terrific standard of workmanship, clean, tidy and efficient. We made a few changes to our original brief and these were completed without problem. My husband is a Quantity Surveyor and works with builders daily (so knows good from bad), and he would happily recommend Kalvin Construction to everyone. It's almost a shame they've finished the work as our home seems quite empty without the cheery banter of the guys. A great company, if you need a builder, these are the people to go to.
