Loft conversion with dormer extension to form a bedroom with walk-in wardrobe

Kalvin Construction approached the work in a very professional manner from our initial discussions through to the finished result. Provided a detailed quote, broken down into the different aspects of the job and they kept to the price. Colly and Lesley could not be easier to work with. Any extra costs were discussed and quotes provided before the work started. They were on-site everyday punctually and always left us tidy and secure. The people Colly uses are skillful, friendly, hardworking and always able to tell you what is happening over the next few days. This really helps reduce the stress caused by all of the upheaval. Colly provided an excellent level of customer service. A very pleasant experience resulting in a great new kitchen, up-to-date boiler, workroom and driveway.
