The original removal proposal had to be changed due to the tree's condition, but the modified work of removing the tree was carried out in an efficient manner, on time and on budget. Very pleasant personnel and the site was left totally clear. Would recommend.

Gave 9/10 for reliability and time keeping as they cancelled on the day they were meant to come and 8 for tidiness as although it was very good I had to clear out some cuttings out of some areas myself afterwards i.E. Borders on patio area. However, overall I was very satisfied with the workmanship and friendliness/care and would highly recommend them.

Although arriving a little later than expected the two guys who arrived were very friendly and professional. Two more arrived in the afternoon to complete the work to a high standard. The site was left really tidy and there was no mess left on the street as I have seen with other companies. Highly recommended and competitively priced!

We live in a mid-terrace cottage with a small rear garden accessed through a neighbour's garden. The cherry tree was well established, situated between a greenhouse and a shed. Karl's workmen were exceptionally careful, no damage was caused, and they cleared up to a very high standard. The only evidence they had been there was a tidy pile of logs and a gap where the tree once grew.

I had quotations from three individuals to remove a large sycamore from my small garden and then found Karl's details in your booklet so asked him to quote. Here came in an hour or so and his quotation was much less than the others. He impressed me by his manner and the fact that he told me about the equipment he used. I asked him to give a further quote to remove two similar trees from my son's garden. He also lives in Sandhurst, about a mile away. I accepted both quotations and he gave me today as the date for the work at both sites. He and a colleague arrived a few minutes before the appointed time and the work was completed in an hour. The cuttings were all shredded and then they removed the debris with blowers and other equipment, leaving the place spotless. They then went to my son's garden and, with his help, removed both trees and some other cuttings in not much over an hour. He, too, is delighted with the work, price and competence and we would both recommend him highly. It was noticeable that unlike the others, he was content to be paid by cheque and not in cash. He is registered for V.A.T.
