We are a small, local, friendly and reliable family business based in Fleet, Hampshire. We offer a very high level of service to each and everyone of our customers. We pride ourselves in listening to you and your needs and on our ability to resolve problems in a quick and timely manner. We offer first class customer service which in our opinion exceeds many of our larger competitors. We have no call out charge and offer free estimates.

Our team are all fully qualified, Gas Safe registered engineers, and with engineers who have many years experience with the British Gas Organisation we have the knowledge and experience to work with past and present heating systems and appliances.

Release of a jammed thermostatic radiator valve pin.

As well as the work detailed above on a single radiator, a subsequent check was also carried out to ensure that all other radiators in the property were getting hot and operating properly. Very happy with the completed job.

Serviced two gas boilers, one gas fire, fitted new kitchen tap and fixed overflow from tank.

Dealing with this company was a pleasure! Martin was very thorough, efficient and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Carried out annual gas fire service on a flu less fire.

The person that came to our house was delayed due to a puncture on his vehicle but phoned us to let us know and kept us informed of time of arrival. Very thorough with his work and took photos for evidence of work carried out. Very tidy, cleaned behind himself. Would recommend and will use next year.

Boiler replacement, power flush and TRV fitting.

Thoroughly pleased with the end result achieved by Neil and Martin with the minimum of disruption. They even managed get the replacement done in less time than quoted! Excellent customer service from Denise as well, calling a few days after the work was done to check we were satisfied with everything. Overall, would recommend to anyone needing work done in the area. I will be using them again myself for the yearly servicing.
